Kid Cudi’s Rebel Ragers tour rolled through Phoenix with a stacked four-artist lineup, and the amphitheater went up on a Tuesday. An opening DJ set by A-Trak led into bars by Big Boi and beats by M.I.A. to warm up the crowd, who packed nearly every inch of the venue to see Mr. Rager himself. The drinks were flowing, the bass was thumping, and the fans were especially enthusiastic about longtime favorites like “Heads Will Roll” and “Bad Girls”. It was a midweek party, and we caught the action.
