Gallery: Steinza’s headlining tour creates intimate atmosphere in Phoenix

Steinza took the stage in front of an intimate Phoenix crowd at The Rebel Lounge on Sunday night in the kind of room where you can see every face and feel every word land with the audience. It’s a different world from the larger stages he’s played before, including his time on tour with Shaboozey during the “Bar Song” era. He spoke candidly about that run, calling it an incredible experience, but one that didn’t quite align musically. Here, though, things made sense.

This tour isn’t about filling rooms. It’s about creating something real. Throughout the night, Steinza returned to a simple idea: being an artist can be lonely. What he’s been searching for is community, and this tour feels like his answer- smaller spaces, honest conversations and music that reaches instead of performs. He wasn’t alone in building that atmosphere.

Wormy opened the night with a set that immediately softened the room. His music felt familiar and reflective, pulling the audience into a shared emotional space. Hudson Ingram followed, bringing a quiet vulnerability that quickly drew people in. Any nerves faded into honesty, and his talent carried the rest.

By the time Steinza stepped up, the crowd was already fully there. What followed felt less like a headlining set and more like a continuation of the same thread.

Together, the three artists created something deeper than a performance. It was a connection- the kind that reminds you why live music matters in the first place.
