Gallery: Chase Atlantic has Phoenix lost in heaven at headlining tour stop

Massively popular Australian group Chase Atlantic finally returned to Arizona on their fall headlining tour on Saturday night. Arizona Financial Theatre was packed at every level with eager fans and they made their feelings known with their rafter-shaking screams all evening long.

24kGoldn was the only support act for the tour and made for a perfect fit on the lineup. The rapper made a name in the public eye on larger hip hop tours but his latest guitar-driven project has the young talent exploring new sides of his musical skills. Songs from Growing Pains were featured on the setlist as he bounced between and through genres while riveting the audience with his dynamic performance.

Standing on an LED-paneled three tiered stage construct, Chase Atlantic wasted no time in getting the crowd off their feet with hands in the air for “Die for Me” and “Slow Down”. It’s been a long while since they last visited Phoenix and their presence was sorely missed among their diehard fans- many of whom lined up all day for a chance to get as close to the stage as possible. The band kept that energy all night through a wild 20 songs, leaving the crowd breathless as the final notes of “Friends” sent them back into the chilly Phoenix night.
