Puerto Rican rapper Young Miko initiated a wild takeover of Arizona Financial Theatre on Friday night, selling out the room for a night of excellent vibes on her XOXO Tour. The multi-talented artist curated a perfect show for her eager fans and they screamed every word back at her from the moment the curtain went up.
The set took place in her “bedroom” and Young Miko spent much of the beginning portion of the set lounging on the king-sized bed in the center of the stage while her band held down the instrumentals for “En Esta Boca”, “Tamagotchi” and so much more. Every seat in the theater was filled and fans turned up with signs, lights and various memorabilia to get Miko’s attention during the set.
Miko hyped up her crowd and encouraged everyone to sing along and they were more than happy to oblige all night. With such good energy from the pit to the balcony, it’s no wonder that Young Miko added Phoenix to her summer tour- the fans are already excited for the next time she makes a trip back to Arizona.
